Beautiful Clothes - Sizing way off

Quality and craftsmanship are solid - no question.
Sizing is off - so be careful. Fits far smaller than advertised even in the conversion chart(s).
Returns are very slow. Way too archaic approach to returns, customs, etc.

Breeks size

Quality is good, but size not. I take a size 36-38 in pants but the breeks size 38 is too tight. I'm shipping back today and would ask you to exchange for a size 40. Please confirm. Thank you. Mr. Hooks
