Our men's fleece gilets are designed to be a stylish layer for a range of occasions but also practical too. 

Our men's fleece gilets come with a centre front YKK zipper, two zipped pockets, and adjustable waist. They are designed from 100% polyester for warmth and durability along with being machine washable too. This is great for muddy days in the field knowing you can pop your fleece gilet in the wash and it will be as good as new.

We also have several fleece lined shirts which are made from 100% cotton and cut to a longer length for comfort. These also come with a 4 piece back yoke with back pleat for comfort, left chest pocket and traditional check pattern.  These are a go to for cold days in the field and warmer than a standard men's shooting shirt. 

When To Wear A Men's Fleece Gilet

Our men's fleece gilets are a go to layer for a range of occasions and are more suitable than a fleece jacket on warmer days. A fleece gilet can be worn over a country polo shirt in summer as the day draws to a close and are the preferred option over a shirt during days at a pub or around town. 

What To Wear With A Men's Fleece Gilet

A men's fleece gilet is a smarter option as a smart shirt can be seen underneath more prominently and can be teamed up with a tie for smarter occasions. During these occasions wear with a pair of jeans and smart shoes for a stylish look. 

During days in the countryside such as on a dog walk, wear a fleece gilet with a casual t-shirt or polo and a pair of chinos. When the temperature rises a pair of chino shorts may suffice. 

A men's fleece gilet is a popular layer when clay shooting instead of a tweed waistcoat and can be worn with tweed breeks with a traditional check shirt underneath.

What Goes Well With A Men's Fleece Jacket?

Our fleece jackets are made with the same features as our gilets plus a faux suede under collar, elasticated cuffs and a tonal embroidery on the outer back collar.

Our men's fleece jackets are handy during those chilly months in winter when the arms need to be covered. These make great outerwear pieces due to the extra warmth whilst in the countryside and are versatile options instead of wearing a heavy duty jacket whilst on a weekend getaway.

During cold & wet days in the field a fleece jacket would be more suitable than the gilet. Wear with a waterproof cap to keep you dry and comfortable along with breeks or waterproof trousers. If the ground is very wet or muddy, a pair of Arxus wellies would be recommended.
