Rough times

I like the timeless design and quality of Alan Paine products. My oldest jumper is more than 23 years and still in good shape. Major criteria was always the high quality soft wool. While the latest purchase meets my quality and design criteria the softness is not in line with past experience and expectations. The wool scratches in direct skin contact and even through a T-Shirt. A bit disappointing.
