• Gift Cards are only redeemable online at www.alanpaine.co.uk
• The card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be refunded.
• Any outstanding balance will remain on the card after use.
• Products paid for by gift card and refunded will be re-credited to a gift card.
• Alan Paine is unable to replace or reimburse the value of the gift cards if lost, stolen, damaged or it's identity stolen.
• Gift Cards are sent via Email (Physical gift card are not provided)
