Combrook Tweed Coats

Our Combrook tweed coats are synonymous with shooters and fully waterproof giving you heavy rain protection.... Essential for those who are familiar with the British countryside. All of our Combrook coats contain AP EX technology for a durable membrane whilst being breathable too. 

Other features include waterproof windbreaker cuffs, cartridge pockets, handwarmer pockets and an action pleat which will aid movement. In a range of four colours including new collection 'hawthorn' we have a colour to suit every preference.

Rutland Tweed Jackets

Our Rutland tweed jackets are our most robust & durable outerwear. This collection also guarantees heavy rain protection with a durable membrane. Our Rutland coats come with a detachable throat tab giving extra protection from the wind along with both handwarmer & cartridge pockets. 

For increased movement, each jacket has an elasticated back panel with a soft moleskin inner collar for comfort. This season we bring you new colourway 'seaweed' to this Rutland offering, along with classic colourways lichen & dark moss.

Surrey Tweed Coats

Our most stylish tweed coats that are made from a medium weight tweed pure wool tweed. Our new season colourways include a flattering green check or navy check that are fully waterproof. These Surrey coats have eyelet drainage holes, cartridge pockets and windbreaker cuffs with a secure internal pocket too. 

These exclusively designed pure wool tweed coats make a versatile option that can be worn for all things country. 

What's The Difference Between Our Combrook Tweed Coats & Rutland Tweed Coats?

Both great options for the country gent that will keep you warm and dry regardless of the weather. Our Combrook coats are made with a specially woven 100% wool tweed, our softest handle. In contrast our Rutland coats are designed with a unique wool blend, for extra durability. 

All Rutland coats are made with a regular fit, whilst we do have a range of Combrook coats that come in a shooting fit, giving more room for layering. 

When To Wear?

When choosing a men's tweed coat or tweed jacket, make sure it is roomy enough to allow freedom of movement of the upper body and arms.  This will also enable you to wear additional layers underneath if the weather demands. 

All our men’s tweed coats or jackets are designed with either of these two fits:

1. Shooting Fit - Building into shooting coat 10" to 11" from actual chest size to allow for movement & layering.

2. Regular Fit - Building into men's shooting jacket & coat 5" to 6" from actual chest size to allow for layering.

For example, if you were a 42" chest and bought a size 42" Combrook tweed coat (shooting fit), the actual garment chest would measure 52" to accommodate layering and movement. You will find the type of garment fit at the end of the product name.
